Ah. Hello world! This is my 1st time bloggin from an internet cafe. And all I can say is: IT SUCKS. Bloggin fer me is time consumin process. It'll not be a problem if my Streamyx is usable. I'm used to open up the quick blog window and let it open fer a while until I finish up my blog. Now, I have to blog quickly or else it'll burn a hole in my pocket. No don't get me wrong, I can blog quickly. So I'm provin it right now. Oh yeah I have another 32 minutes to blog here *smirk*.
I still don't have a new job yet. Job are pretty hard to find nowadays. I believe there's a job openin somewhere but to find it is somethin that requires a lotsa patient. Hehe. Oh mind me. I just remembered that me and Bobby went to the market to find a job. Bobby's still workin though. But we're both tryin to find a daily-pay job which is the best way to support ourselves in this situation. And fer added info, most daily-pay jobs are mostly works that's pretty much require you to do jobs that most educated people won't bother be doin. Like the market, agricultural sector, car wash etc. As fer meself, I don't mind what job I'm doin as long as it's 'halal'. Still, I have to look at the 'workin hour - amount paid' ratio. It'll be almost useless if I'm gettin 20 bucks workin my ass off fer 12 hours. There's a few promisin daily-pay jobs I'm tryin to get and no I won't tell you before I know I can get the work. Hah! :P
Fahmi bought a Nintendo DS 2 days ago. He was thinkin bout buyin between a Sony PSP or the Nintendo DS and the result was, Nintendo DS win. I had the chance to try it out and all I can say is. I was never wrong! Nintendo DS will always be the stuff I want in my wish list! I envy him. Drats.
Yeow. This internet cafe's staff have already startin to close this place up. Huh? It's still 11:10?! Man this sucks. This is what I can expect from doin my internet stuff from outside my cozy place. Sheesh. Ah well. My bloggin was fast anyway. Chow.
p/s: Momoe is plannin to come here again on the middle of August! Yeeeeeeeeeeeesssssssssss!

A letter from afar
Dear me,
Sorry if I wrote this a little bit late. It's not that I don't want to get online, it's just that I can't anymore. No my Streamyx didn't get cut off. It's my laptop's built-in network adapter. I fergot to detach the telephone line from my ADSL modem and I think it was rainin quite heavily while I was in KL fer Gegaran Metal 2005 gigs and lightin zapped my network adapter. How did I know my network adapter is kaput? Because it's no longer present in the System Information (Win XP) AND ifconfig (FreeBSD). So, I had to write this from an internet cafe. I can safely assume that my internet life is over now. Why the hell do I want to keep the Streamyx if I can't use it anymore? It's no use tellin me to repair the darn built-in network adapter because financially, that's the least important thing I want to consider doin right now.
But I'll log in once in a while from an internet cafe or whatever because somehow, my life grew around the internet. I consider you guys, the people I can't see, the people I don't know as my friends. While others prefer to go out and face the real life, I live in this tiny room, roamin the big internet life. Someday I'll get my Streamyx back. I do hope so. Someday, probably after I bought a better desktop computer. Who knows. Or perhaps, I'll try to live in the real life. Back to reality.
I also want to tell you about the gigs. How was it? Well, it was great! The crowd was very supportive and the bands playin with us are all great. Symphonic Metal, Brutal Death Metal, Thrash Metal; you name it and it was all in it. We did good and my throat did make it till the last song. Whew. I was afraid that I'll cough in the middle of a song or somethin and thankfully, I didn't. We got our performance on video and Fahmi already burnt in to DVD. Well, my laptop doesnt have a DVD-Rom so I can just drool and hope that Udin will convert it to VCD. We played 5 songs that evenin.
1) The Bodybag - our own
2) Once Stabbed - our own
3) Let The World Burns - our own (new song!)
4) Tresspass - The Haunted
5) Blinded By Fear - At The Gates
The new song went great! Unfortunately, one of Hangah's strings snapped in the middle of the new song but another band lend him a guitar and the show managed to go on without any other glitches. Like I've told you earlier, the crowd was very supportive and someone actually shouted "Orang kampung den" at me. That's cool. Hopefully there'll be another gig fer us soon because I'm sure as heck can't wait fer another one to come.
I didn't find a new job yet and yeah I know it's the middle of the month now. I still don't quite know what I'm gonna do but I'll figure out somethin soon. It's good thing that I'm havin a rest because Momoe was here so I can just go out on dates with her and never have to worry bout goin to work. I'll find some kind of work later after she went back to Japan.
How's Momoe? I sent her to KLIA on 14th July in the mornin fer her flight back to Japan. She came on 9th July and I thought I was late to pick her up at KLIA when nearly and hour after that, she called and said that MAS was late. I managed to avoid usin PLUS highway on my way to KLIA but I kinda lost in my way back to Seremban and was tricked to choose the highway. Damn PLUS is sure smart. In quite a short trip, we managed to do many memorable things. We went to the amusement park in Seremban, goin to a ghost house (which later I saw a teddy bear hung inside among the other ghosts and she said it scared her. I hope she's not scared of that teddy bear) and I almost spewed my guts out when we ride a rift ride which I swore that will be the last time Ill ever get on that ride again.
Oh, she came with us to the Gegaran Metal 2005 gig. When it was time fer me to perform, I saw her near the front of the stage. It's not that hard to find her because while everybody else is wearin black shirts and a few white one, she wore a kawaii (yes kawaii, not hawaii. kawaii means cute) floral shirt. She kept buyin bottle after bottle of mineral water and I do feel guilty because we kept gettin the newly bought mineral water lost somewhere. Deep down inside me, Im very glad that I see her again; even when she said that the trip was the last one. Yes, she came here fer the last time. I avoided to talk with her bout that when she came because I just want her to enjoy her visit. And I wanted to enjoy her visit too.
Before I sent her to KLIA fer her flight to Japan, she gave me a bottle of honey and said, "it's a honey fer my honey, eat it so that you can sing better". That's sweet. Both her and the honey. I didn't get her anythin, a typical stupid behavior-o-mine. I should've bought her somethin at least. Damn. I'm feelin mushy. Why can't I? To know that after this it'll be hard fer me to see her again makes me feel empty. I don't know what I'll do to see her again. She's special, very special to me and I'm not afraid to tell you that. And yes most of the time, reality is so cruel. It's somethin special to me, that in a short period of her trip, we're close. In fact, we're so close that I still wonder why was I born Malaysian and she, Japanese. It's saddenin fer me to see her go back and instead of kidnappin her and make her stay, I was the one who sent her away. It breaks me even more to realise that this was the last time I'll see her in real life and the time to look at her was never enough. "It's a honey fer my honey..". I'll never forget that phrase.
Ah, this is gettin more like an anti-hero love story. Forgive me if the emotion was overflowin but I just feels like writin bout it. It's rare fer me to show some emotion but this time, it's somewhat different. I feel like I want to show how I feel to somebody. All this time I kept all the emotion inside and now I can't take it anymore. Yeah, I'm gettin soft nowadays. But I know it's a right feelin. I'm gonna go now and take another spoon of that honey she bought. Later then.
Yours(elf),
Zul.

My bass string snapped... Arghhhh!
Arrghhhhhh! Damn! Why it has to be this time? When the gigs is just around the corner. Drats!! #$@%!! Why? I'm goin frenzy because the 4th string of my bass has retired last night. It snapped just after we're playin 2 songs in our practice session. Heck. Anyway, Kayser Strings was the best ever! I bought it a few years ago (more than 2 years! It's true!) and nothin I tried can beat its performance. The only catch is that I bought it in KL and I never saw it bein sold here in Seremban. Damn! Imagine that the biggest string snapped just like that (well it's rusty a bit, like the other 3 strings). Now I'm worried that the other strings will snapped too. The complete set cost me bout RM98 and that is a hell lot of money. I don't know if they sell it seperately. I guess I'll have to make do with another brand of string to replace the old Kayser. It's temporary fer the gigs. Yeow this is very troublesome.
Speakin bout the gigs, it'll be another 2 days. I finally finished writin the new song's lyric! Yeah! But I still didn't memorise it to the max so it'll be yet another hard task fer me. Still doin a bit of a revision of the new lyrics though. Nuff said. Later.
p/s: Momoe will arrive tomorrow. Hurrah! Err, how to get to KLIA?

Countdown to Gegaran Metal 2005, new song & Momoe's visitin.
3 more days till the Gegaran Metal 2005 gigs! Me and Fractured are havin a rest yesterday from any practice so today we will go fer a jam session again. Friday too. However Saturday will be another big break fer us as we don't want to waste energy before the gigs. My throat is still a bit sore and the darn cough is still here to stay. Drats. I better get meself a bottle of 'Air Asam Jawa' or else my (not so good) singin will be a disaster.
Hangah seems to memorised his parts fer our new song. That's great considerin that he had a strict time to practice it. How bout my lyrics? Well, it's 90% done and I'm thinkin of finishin it today. Got a few more days to memorise it though so I'm still crossin my fingers. It's funny that I nearly lost my breath while singin the new song because my lyrics is quite lengthy so I had to sing it a bit fast. Haha. So, revision is a must. I'm a singer AND the bassist remember? So the stamina is drained quite extensively in a brief. Oh yeah and I would like to take this opportunity to blame this problem from the effect of constant smokin of tobacco, thank you.
Momoe is comin to town just a day before the gigs because she wanted to see the show. So her visit is another event I'm lookin forward to. Unfortunately, because I'm no longer workin now, the activities while she's here will be a bit dull. Ah heck. Just enjoy it. Later.

Bands list fer MetalTerus compilation announced, workin fer meself now & no LTD fer Hangah yet.
Looks like the final band list fer the upcomin MetalTerus Compilation has been announced and sadly we (Fractured) didn't manage to get a slot in it. *Sigh*. Ah well there will be next time. All the best and congratulation to the bands that made it and hopefully this compilation will be a blast! The announcement can be read here -=> Metal To Metals :: View topic - Pengumuman: Band List!.
Today is my 1st day workin as a freelance. No more goin to the office. Enjoyable and a bit borin if you ask me. You can say 1st day workin by meself sucks a bit. I'm still not 100% well too. Still got this annoyin cough, my head is achin and my temperature is a bit hot. Ah the water ration is here again. Looks like we're in a long dry season fer quite a while.
Unfortunately, Hangah said that he can't bring his LTD guitar to the gigs because his salary will be a bit late. So he'll end up borrowin yet another Ibanez guitar (RG I guess) fer the upcomin Gegaran Metal 2005 show. I hope my condition will be ok by then because I don't want my current health condition to affect Fractured's performance. I need a soup. Later.

Here's the new design of Gegaran Metal 2005 flyer. Kinda cool huh? Yeah there's a TGM guitar to be won fer visitors so remember to save your ticket(s). I heard that Gegaran Metal 2005 poster will be handed out durin the gig. The poster will be, well, bigger and they'll have picture of bands that's listed. I want that poster! Later.
Tabloid drama, ready fer the upcomin gigs & tomorrow = last day at the office.
Read any tabloid lately? One of the well known, the "Hairan Metro" wrote bout a group called "JIT" (means "Jangan Ikut Tuhan") which is currently terrorizin the public in secret. The so-called group is brainwashin teenagers to join this anti-religion cult and they have some sort of ritual fer new members includin some bizarre acts. The Hairan Metro, as usual, will put the blame on metalheads once again. I bet the last issue on black metal thingy boosted their sale and this propaganda will at least do the same fer them. It's funny to read their "exposure", such detailed infos like the ritual involved, where the JIT gang meet up, what they wear (of course black..) even some "inside testimonies" because they said that the news bout this JIT is "from trusted emails".
FROM TRUSTED EMAILS?!! What the f*ck?! Aww come on. We can never expect some sort of professionalism from their writins but this is way lower than lame. You see that? Just an email or 2 and that's enough to make it to the masses. If the news contains:-
1) Somethin to do with teenagers (except disco, clubbin, teen celebs even if they do drugs/was featured in DIY porn and everythin else as long as it's not metal. Remembers, metalheads will always be the easiest scapegoat.). To blame metalheads is a must.
2) Bizarre occult rituals. People dig taboo stuff. It doesn't matter if it's real as long as it sells.
3) Some sort of weird and dangerous stuff bout metalheads.
You see? To these tabloids, fact doesn't sell. At least not as good. So that's why they need refreshin stories (fiction or fact is irrelevant) which will make the youth look terribly dangerous. They don't care if the story was true or not. They don't give a fart if they look stupid fer makin such a fuss from unknown emails. They'll drag every teenage, youth even if you don't listen to any music or if you have a black dress somewhere in your wardrobe and they won't stop until they succeed in makin your everyday life miserable again. Do you remember how miserable it was a few years back? When the "Black Metal" case was the national phenomenan it was like hell. I guess it's somethin like a sadistic fetish fer them to see youth are attacked like that. What in the hell do they think we are anyway? Stupid like them? This is why I never bought any of them tabloids. Anybody seen those tv program where a few people debates bout the local Underground scene? I didn't see it but my friend did. He said there was Hairan Metro's dude in it and unsurprisinly, his comments (all negative towards the scene) was all lack of research (metalheads do drugs, metalheads hate God and all those pathetic dogma) and full of unfounded hatred towards the ug community. Heck that is expected from guys like that. It's a shame I didn't get to see him make a fool out of himself on national television. People are not that stupid anymore to believe everythin you feed them. If there's a Hairan Metro dude readin this, I won't be writin this if my flamesuit ain't on.
Still haven't finish writin the lyrics. Don't have the mood fer it yet. I don't know if I can finish it (and memorise it) before the upcomin gig. I'll probably just mumbles on the parts which I haven't wrote yet. Heh. Hangah will not buy a new Jackson guitar, but he booked an LTD guitar instead. Looks like it's a great choice considerin the name. I don't know which guitar though. All I know is that the guitar will come with Seymour-Duncan pickup as standard. Damn! Hmmm. To think bout it, the Ltd 30th Anniversary Bass is pretty interestin too. Might be my 3rd bass after an Ibanez EDA. :D.
Am I ready fer Gegaran Metal? Yup I am. Still have this annoyin cough tho. This is bad. Hope I won't lose my voice or somethin. No more cold/icy drinks from now on until the end of the gig. That sucks but a man gotta do what a man gotta do. I'll post the pictue of the gig's newest flyer in a while.
Tomorrow will be my last day workin in the company. After that, I'll do most of the despatchin work but as a freelance. Me as my own boss. No more sittin at the office. No more early mornin wakeup calls (like I ever wake up early anyway..). I'm still thinkin of somethin else that'll generate a steady income without requirin me to lose more than a handfull amount of my free time. Later then.

Fever & Fractured in Konsert magazine
Next week will be my last week workin at the company and another week after that will be the long awaited Gegaran Metal 2005 gigs. I haven't done writin the lyrics fer the new song yet because I got a fever. The fever started 3 days ago and although it can be considered gone, I'm still havin this annoyin flu and miserable headache. Pity me huh? Now go make me a soup.
There's a picture of Fractured in Konsert magazine (Vol 74, 15th June 2005 issue) in the "New Sound" section. To tell you the truth, we didn't know we're goin to be put in a magazine because nobody told us and after readin the section, I can see that Fractured's info was taken from our I-Bands.net page. Ah well, there's no article bout us so I won't waste your time. It was salivatin fer me to see the band's name printed on the front cover (I guess Fahmi fell fer that, heck he bought this magazine.) but like I've said, there's not much of an info, no review etc. and I wonder if the editor even bother to download the mp3s in I-Bands.net and listen to our songs.
I might be typin another few hundreds of words in here but this headache is makin my typographical error go rampant. So I'll leave fer now.
Misc rant: If bein sad, dark and hopeless-romantic is what Goth is to metal, am I not goth too?. No I don't listen to goth stuff. It's just that my mood is goth right now. Ok off to bed, again.

Creepy song, jammed new song & new flyer.
Ah. Creepy stuff. My kid sister is buggin me with this same song everyday. It's an Indo-Rock kinda stuff. I dunno what band had the song though. No don't get me wrong. I got nothin against Indo-Rock, mind you. But when the song have lyrics like:
"Aku menunggumu, menunggumu, menunggumu,
mati di depanku, di depanku, didepanku.."
Translation: "I'm waitin fer you, waitin fer you, waitin fer you,
to die infront of me, infront of me, infront of me,"
Now there's where it gets creepy. My kid sister said that the song was about a guy singin to his unloyal girlfriend. Whoa. And people blame Metal fer all the evil things. :P. Still, to hear it almost everyday now, eeps. it's still creepy. (=.=#)
Me and Fractured went fer a jam session last night and we practiced our new song. Damn it was great, but the song need more polishin and Hangah can't make it last night so the sound is rather, incomplete. Hangah said that he'll come back to Seremban just 1 week before the gigs because he's savin money to buy an electric guitar. He's aimin fer a Jackson. Uuuu. Don't know what model though. I hopes he'll get what he wants. Got me thinkin bout the moment I was savin my money fer my Ibanez TR Series. Ah, sweet memories, and pain in the arse. Anyway it's really worth it. Every penny. Currently Hangah is the only one who doesn't own an instrument so if he gets it, we don't have to borrow any from other bands.
1 of the 2 new design of Gegaran Metal 2005 gig's flyer is out. Currently I have a few of the small handout flyer so if anyone wants it, just say so. Chicks only. :D. Ok I'm no good at jokin. Anyway, if you want it, say so. I just need 1 copy fer my possession.
Ah. The Indo-Rock song have stop because my sis is goin to work. Yeehaww! I'm spared. Later then.

Guitar effect for PC, Naruto & rainy day.
Guitarist and bassist rejoice! Free Guitar Software, VST and DX effects, ASIO 2.0 is one of those places where you can find another excitin thing to do with your pc/laptop instead of surfin pr0n and readin my fabulous blog *yeah right..*. I bet you musicianerd (musician and a nerd at the same time, like me) somehow might have tried 1 or a few software guitar effect on your pc. Heck then I guess we can be sure of the annoyin problem with it. Yeah, the darn delay. I tried a few of the so called "realtime effect processin" but almost all can't live up to its name. It's very annoyin (and confusin) to play with the delayed sound. I lost pickin count just to catch up with the delayed sound because I'm usin the sound as my timin. But fear not! I found a software effect processor which is FREE and works! Even without delay whatsoever! It's really 'realtime' processin. Wow. Look at the url I gave earlier and search fer Shareware Effects processor 12 (FREE!). The only downside of that specific program is that you'll have to.. ehmm.. have an active internet connection before you can use it. Ah well. But heck the program is great! Yeah you can try out all the other programs listed as well and I'm pretty sure there's many that'll suit your need nicely. The url given can be found in http://launch.groups.yahoo.com/group/guitarfx/ along with many others. So pick up that dusty guitar of yours and rock on!
What is it with Naruto? Well, I'm an anime freak and the series is currently on my favorite list. Oh did I ever told you that I'm such an anime lover? No? Well now you know. I'm a sucker fer J-anime. Go google fer naruto and see a series or two. The animation is nice and the story is great. Kage bunshin no jutsu!
It was like a dejavu today. I arrive at the office around 5o'clock, soaked in rain and the office is already closed. I just managed to renew 1 roadtax out of 3 which is such a waste of effort. Oh, the rain. Just like a dejavu. So I waited fer a while, hopelessly waitin fer the rain to at least go easy because I don't want to get stranded again late in the evenin. Heck I'm soaked already so I might as well ride through it. But I stayed fer a while, watchin the rain fallin, makin bubbles on the wet tar. Rainy days just makes me feel blue.

My sister is engaged & near fatal wasp sting
There was an engagement ceremony goin on today at my house. Not me of course, it was fer my big sister. It's quite a day fer me, because I have to be the 'man in the house', which is basically, handlin all the discussion etc. etc. on behalf of my father. The ceremony went on smoothly although I was practically clueless on what to say and all such things. You know the Malay traditional way and stuff. It's quite weird I guess, if people saw me; with my long hair etc. bein the center of the engagement ceremony. I tried to be as cool as possible and I guess the ceremony is successfull. Not bad fer my 1st time. So when it's my kid sister's turn, rest assure that I'm more prepared than ever.
I had a major bad experience last Friday. While I was ridin my bike on my way back from the office, a stingy wasp (Tebuan Tanah, I don't know the name in english but I'm guessin that it's a potter wasp) hit me on my forehead and stung me just next to my left eye. It made me stop my bike in an instant and after I carefully took off my helmet, the thing was already gone. I looked at my bike's sidemirror and I saw a spot of blood on the place I got stung. Thinkin that it'll be a minor threat, I just continue ridin and went home. There was nobody at home, my big sister was at Malacca, preparin the her engagement ceremony (she brought all her kids) and my younger was workin. So I was all alone in my house. I guess it's not even 10 minutes since I got stung by the thing and I was gettin itchy all over my body. I thought that probably my sweat was makin me itchy so I took a quick bath.
When the tab water touches my body, I felt like a stingy sensation. Damn, now it's somethin more than a typical sweat that can make this. I was startin to get rashes on my skin. Still takin it easy, I guess too easy, I just turn on my laptop and doin all the usual stuff. When all of the sudden, when I was tryin to get a drink, my eyes startin to blur. I tried shakin my head but I just can see white lights. My face started to feel tense and I got this headache I can't describe. Although I can't barely see clearly, I managed to dial Alon's phone number and thank God he picked it up (fortunately Alon is listed on the few higher name in my phone's address book, if his name starts with "M" or somethin, I'll be in deep trouble). He was in the neighborhood when I told him I got stung on my head so he came in a brief. I managed to get to my car, although I was like a blind man, usin my hands to figure my way out. My body was unstable at that time and I have to hold on to anythin to make it to my car. I felt like I can no longer control my body's reaction as Alon was drivin me to the hospital. He kept blabberin somethin but I was in too much of a pain to remember it.
When I arrived at the general hospital, I was given a wheelchair after I nearly collapse while I'm registerin. My body was shakin heavily and my head felt so heavy the hospital's staff kept nudgin me to keep me awake. A few minutes after that, I was in the doctor's room and the staff in there put me in a bed, and puttin a device attached to a machine by wires on my legs and arms, and put a few small suction thingy on my chest. I was injected (can't barely notice them injectin me because I was quite numb at that time) and I took a small red pill. Still shakin, I was placed in the Probation Room fer more than 1 hour before my condition was considered stable and I'm free to go home.
The scar of the sting is still noticable. From the stories I heard, normal adult male can only stand a maximum of 3 to 4 shots of the wasp's sting and that'll be most probably fatal. This is surely a lifetime experience to me. Thank God I made it alive and I got no damagin effect from it. I'll buy a visor fer my helmet because I got phobia of gettin stung by anythin again. Another thing that'll make me quit my job soon. Later.

Highway or a bumpy road ahead..
My office had a meetin today. Not that it's somethin weird bout it. But there's somethin important in the details of the discussion. My company is currently havin a hard time. Now, that word alone is sufficient to get the picture of what my boss is tryin to say.
A brief description bout my company. My company is a used-car company, which also deal in general (motor) insurance. So basically, we have 2 department. One department deals with sellin, buyin, arrangin loans etc. and the other one, my department deals with car insurances. My department have 2 staff which is typical fer a small company. My mate, Imran (he's a Navy retiree) is sort of managin the insurance department. And me, I'm the clerk cum despatch guy.
It's said that the every used-car company in my office's vicinity will only be able to operate there until the end of this year. Majlis Perbandaran Seremban has issued a memo sayin that no new/renewal on used-card license will be given startin this month and we; more than 10 used-car company will have to relocate. All the used-car bosses meet last night and today they sent 3 representative to go and try to sort the matter out with MPS. No news bout that yet, I will only know tomorrow (not that I'm such an important figure to make them tell me, but heck my boss will tell us bout it anyway.). And that's just a fraction of the bigger problem my company is facin.
Money. That's another one. The most important one. There's many unpaid insurances totallin in nearly 20K which most of the unpaid customer is, ironically; my boss's friends. Almost all of the debt are there even before I join the company. So basically, we in the insurance department are affected too. The whole company is in fact affected but my department is facin the worst. The 2 of us, in the insurance department are still tryin to stabilise the account but heck, my boss has given up hope now. Today. So, the signal was blinkin and I knew what it mean. Or to put it more correctly, what my boss means. He gave up on insurance and he just want to concentrate on the sellin/buyin portion of his company.
His point is valid. And I know he's still strugglin. I won't blame him. It's just a matter of time and it's better fer me to go when the ship is still afloat than sinkin with the whole crew. He said this evenin:
"As you guys can see, the insurance (department) are havin a hard time. The whole company is. I can't handle it anymore. I just want to concentrate on used-car only. People are still owin me money and this effect has not come in a surprise."
"Karl, I want you to be prepared. I want you to start searchin fer "a bigger tree to hold on to". I'm not sayin that you should go but if you want to stay with me, I know dealin in used-car is not your cup of tea (I have no desire to deal in cars. He knew it all along from the day I started workin there. He asked me to join the used-car department a few times before but I politely refused. It's too much of a headache.). I'm not puttin any fixed date fer it. I just want you to start searchin fer a better career (I tried resignin a few times before but my boss stopped me. And I was lack in motivation to actually pursue a new career.). This time, when you found a better job, I won't hold your resignation anymore. I'll write a supportin letter of any kind if you ever needed any."
I snipped the other things he said. It was a sentimental evenin. Because, heck, I kinda like that place. Although I know someday, sooner or later, I'll be leavin the company (I've never consider the job as my final career.); still, the place have a special place in my memory. The only job non-related to my workin skills / experiences. But it's fun. I finally knew how it feels to be a despatch. I knew lotsa people from lotsa background. All the person in my office is like one family. Yeah we quarrel with each others sometime. Disagreement are nothin we lack of. But in our own way, we're doin it like family (and I'm the most stubborn "lil brother" fer all I know :D ).
I always wanted to leave. And now I can. Nobody can stop me now. But in a way, it feels like I'm leavin a portion of me. Many people knew me as my company's name. The company's name is my surname. Plus many more special treatment I got which nobody, workin my kinda job, will ever get. Like I've stated, that is somethin special.
I'll leave. But I'm takin a good 2years+ memories with me. I don't have a plan yet. My boss didn't give a fixed date but I gave meself 2 month. I'm still kinda blurry of what the heck I'll be doin in another 3 month. But I don't quite give a damn. Everybody has their destiny written. I'll work somethin out. Maybe the road ahead is not that bumpy and most probably, my ride will be like hell. Fer now, I just don't care. I just want to enjoy the job I secretly in love with until the time fer me to leave fer good. Later.

The Amityville Horror, tired & new song's lyric.
I love horror movies. I do. And I know most of the time, I'll freak out when I'm seein or after I saw horror movies. Still I love em. And I just saw The Amityville Horror starrin Ryan Reynolds and Melissa George. And that movie is disturbingly horrific. When I'm watchin the movie, I kept sayin to meself "damn this movie is too much", "sheesh I can't watch this" and tons of others excuses that failed to keep me off the screen. Heck it's a good movie anyway. There's a lot of emotions which made me sayin "Get the heck out of the house damnit! Now!". And there's value of life in it. Oh fer sure the horror came free with all this bundle. The story is about a house which was a mass-murder crime scene when a guy killed his whole family claimin that he was possessed. He was then put to bars (if I'm not mistaken, heck that was the introduction fer the goodies to come anyway..) and years later, the current time, this clueless happy family moved in. Then the horror starts. Again. Phew thanks goodness I made it till the end. Now I better get my fav anime vids so that I can stop freakin out now.
Today was the busiest day at work. Got many things to do and lucky me, 99% of it is done. Nowadays, my boss give me tasks a day in advance. Sheesh. To get back home and thinkin that tomorrow I'm already booked is pretty much tirin. I'm easily tired nowadays. Now the usual tired-after-work stuff, this is much worst. Heck if I'm too tired to even go out fer a drink then my work must be very tirin. Tomorrow I have to go to Puspakom to get this car inspected. And to make sure I'll do that early in the mornin, I was asked to drive that car today. Sheesh.
Still haven't done anythin with the new song's lyric though. I have a few unassembled puzzle of the lyrics but still too lazy to write from the start. Got lyrics fer the chorus part, the bridge part etc but no main verse stuff yet. Anyway I got the picture of what to write about so it's somethin that I should worry less. Unless today is already 8th of July. Later.

Fractured new song & strings fer my bass.
Yesterday, me and Fractured except Hangah went practicin fer our new song. The new song is, whoa, great. It's a great probability that we'll perform this new song in the upcomin Gegaran Metal 2005 gigs. But only if I can make and memorise the lyrics :D. How's the new songs? Quite intense and still technical to say the least. I got to write a lyric soon. Now where's my thinkin cap?
Ouch, I fergot to polish my bass guitar. Now the strings are pretty much rusty a bit (heck the strings is nearly a year old now, probably more!). I know I'll have to fork out RM90++ fer a new set of Kyser Powercore strings (Yeah Kyser is my fav bass strings) but it'll not be this month. Thank goodness I'm a bassplayer. One of the thing that made me not to be a guitar player is that when guitar strings are rusty, my delicate (seriously. it's true) fingers will easily get cut. I had a few experiences with that and it's downright painfull and dangerous (rust can effect your body). Hopefully the current strings can make it to the upcomin gigs.

Lost memories, tiring work & fuel price hiked.
I had a vision of what I'm about to write here today but it seems that my brain has lost it somewhere among all the other cells contained underneath my skull. Got an interestin thing to tell this evenin, but I was too busy with my *ehem* work and I just fergot every single droolin words. Uh works has been a disastrous experience this week. Yessirree. But the money is good so I'm stoppin the complain bout it right now. Or maybe not.
Ever got into a moment where all the stuff you need fer the job is there but you can't complete the task? It feels like tryin to sneeze but you just simply can't. Very torturin. Well I had those days. 3 times in a row. Details aside, it's very tirin. I had to wait fer some document to be completed fer more than an hour then ridin my bike fer more than 15 mins to the final destination just to be frustrated because the destination has closed it's counter then ride my bike fer another 10mins to an alternative destination to get the job done. Tirin. Very tirin. I had to rush because of someone else's slowness in gettin his task done so that I could make up fer the time he/she wasted. *sigh*. Sometime it's dangerous because I'm on the road and rushin. Not to mention that I'm the one who have to make up excuses why my task is off the scheduled time. Somethin that's not my fault to begin with. Grrrr.
My boss's daughter got an operation went on yesterday because of appendix (Heck I sucks at medical lingo in English so I'm sorry) and it's a sad thing because she's still in primary school. Hopefully she'll recover soon and her health will be better.
Petrol and diesel prices goes up again. Now it's RM0.10 & RM0.20 hike fer petrol and diesel respectively. Well most of us can live with that. Me included. Our country has one of the lowest price tag fer both fuel. Anyway, what makes it interestin is that when one or two price goes up, all the other wants to be the part of the show too. So it's predictable that even fried chicken, nasi ayam and eggs went to a near insane price. Greedy people. So I made up a few good answers to those greedy shopowners.
Scene 1: Buyin eggs. Price is insane. Shopowner tells you that he/she had to do it because of the price hike of petrol/diesel. You can tell him:
a) Oh I always knew that chicken uses petrol/diesel to lay eggs.
b) Then give me eggs from gas fueled chicken please.
Scene 2: Buyin nasi goreng. Same greedy example like above. You can say:
a) Since when you cook usin petrol/diesel?
b) Make sure the fried rice is unleaded.
So there you have it. I had a few more of those but like I've said before, it got lost somewhere in my brain. Feel free to add more to your collection. Do not forget to make the word as silly as possible so that those greedy shopowner knows that they're dumb. Later.

New url redirectin service & car door dented.. *sigh*
Here's the late breakin news. I just registered a new url redirectin service on Cjb.net so here's a short url fer you guys to remember if you want to visit my homepage. Yeah well long url sucks so thank me then :D.
http://www.alsemo.cjb.net
And here's the direct url which is the permanent url in case my short url gone wacko or I fergot to re-activate it (the short url will expire on the next 90 days unless I reactivate it periodically.. Ah well..).
http://home.graffiti.net/alsemo:graffiti.net/
Yes do not ferget the trailin "/" sign on the end because it's a must on Graffiti.net. Now I have to update my profiles on the net everywhere..
My friend accidently bumped my car on the right side so the door on the driver's side are dented. Ah. What to do. It's amazin that even tho the dented are not that noticable, but the 'feelin' is there. Damn am I perfectionist? I don't know. But I do know that THE DARN DOOR IS DENTED NOW!! Ahhhh!!! And my 1st payment fer the car should start only by next month. *sigggghhhhhhhhh*. Later.

My homepage address has changed!
Yup. It's true. My homepage address has changed. The Graffiti.net team didn't say anythin bout it on the main site so I was left with the option to figure it out by meself. Here's the new address:
http://home.graffiti.net/alsemo:graffiti.net/
So they've added the trailin ":graffiti.net" on the end of my subdomain. So I have to change many infos of my homepage on I-Bands.net, MySpace and a few gazillion other profiles I own. *sigh*. 1st my url redirectin service died on me, then my url changed. I hope this is the only changes they're gonna make. Later.

My website is down & night vision video.
My homepage is currently inaccessible since yesterday. *sigh*. The main Graffiti.net server seems to be ok tho. My website account on the server seems to be ok. I didn't get banned and my account didn't get deleted fer many of the blabberin I wrote in my site :D. I guess they got a problem with the DNS or probably some sub-domain error. Anyway, I would like to put it as my site got major hits this week with gazillion visitors per hour and the hostin server just can't manage the tremendous data transfer to my site alone. Hah!. Ok it was an early mornin joke. An excitin one it is, to think bout it. Don't tell me you can't take jokes nowadays.
An info bout the Singapore video. Faiz (the cameraman cum band manager.) took our whole show in "Night Vision". Great. Just great. It hurts my eyes seein the damn show that way. The other bands on the video is ok. No night vision thingy. Ironic. I don't know what the heck he was thinkin. Urghh. It's nauseatin and troublin fer my stomach to see bright light (night vision tend to capture light more sensitively) and the yucky green color of the video. Sheesh. Later.

Does age matter? & liabilities.
Men, gathers up. Yeah I'm gonna talk bout women. Not specifically bout em tho. Just want to bring up a topic bout age differences. Most of us men have a thing bout younger opposite. It's like a normal stuff to be in a relationship with a girl who's younger than us. People won't even mind if a 50 somethin dude got married with a 20 somethin girl. So what about if you have a relationship with a women who's older than you? Does it matter?
It's very subjective yes I know. It all comes down to preferences. So here's my opinion. It doesn't matter. The most important thing is bein comfortable with her. That's the most important thing. Even if she's cute and younger, beautiful a la *insert your fav singer/actresses/model*; it's useless if you are not comfortable with her. Heck yeah look is very temptin. Most of the time, look can be deceivin. But in the end, the only thing that can keep the relationship strong is trust and *ehem* love. What kind of love? Most of us men have taken lust into somethin that got to do with love which is somewhat, misunderstood. Ho no I'm not a love doctor, this is strictly my opinion. I'm sayin that lust (not a bad lust, just feelin of wantin to be with her forever etc, bad lust are you perverts out there :) comes after love. Not the other way round.
Love, another topic; is very hard and complex to understand. How can we know 'that' feelin we have fer her is really love? Some are lucky to have that 'love at first sight' gift and some have to grew with his companion before he can gain the feelin. That's where bein comfortable is important. How can you love someone if you're not comfortable with her at the 1st place? Ho yeah it might as well be lust. The bad lust. The big bad lust. It's magical that sometime, men end up bein happy with some type of women that's didn't get a higher rank in their preference's list be it in the look department, age dept etc etc. Because sometime the same type of women you overlooked before is the one who's really compatible with you. So when you ignore your strict preferences, anythin else doesn't matter.
So there's my verdict. Age differences doesn't matter. Not to say that there's anythin wrong with anythin. It just doesn't matter. I'm not comparin a group with another. This is not a comparison nor a "this vs that" crap. No matter what, if you feel you're comfortable with her and likewise, don't be bothered by anythin else. Nobody is gettin younger anyway. Most of all, I still think older women are sexier (Note: sexy doesn't mean *bare more/wear less* propaganda, a simple person can be sexy too just fer bein funny etc.).
My account gone minus this month. Haha. Am I worried? A bit. But Thank God I got a few side income to cover it. So no hard damage done. Ah well, only if I can make some liabilities a productive assets. So this is how it feels to own a car LoL.
I just received my recent photoes with Momoe. Just brings out all the good memories in an instant. :).

Oh, fergot to add, if any of my real life friends didn't show up fer this upcomin gigs, I'LL FREAKIN SKIN YOU ALIVE MESELF!! LoL :D. More infos will be shamelessly revealed as soon as I heard/read/saw it. Later.

bush is sellin his democracy again. Now to the Iranians.
Like a drunk cowboy, he's doin it again. Who? It's the U.S president Mr. Bush. Doin what? He's now preparin to attack iran. I don't know what he'll call this war this time around. "Retaliation" is so yesterday. Probably some other sweet bullshits with "Democracy" in it. Call it "Forward Defense" or any other racist propaganda you want, it's still genocide. So what if I killed someone because he has a knife in his kitchen and someday I 'think' he'll use it against me. Now I would love to call that "Forward Defense". Heck it's the same thing isn't it? Oh no. It's different. Because I'm killin 1 or perhaps a few person, now that's inhuman and I'll get death sentence fer that. Mr. Bush and his regime of warmongers on the other hand, are killin thousands even millions and that is different. They call it "the beacon of democracy". In a way, he's right bout the 'beacon' thing. It's shinin brightly and blindin all our sights. He's still at the office sittin proudly as the U.S president while the murders continues. It's just war. Oh and never forget bout oil too. Heck he's not even doin any fightin in any of his war. I recall his words "Either you are with us, or you are with the terrorists". Ah, how democratic.
I feel sorry fer those Iranians. And Iraqis, and Afghanis, and Vietnamese, and Japanese, and Cubans, and the whole world and I feel sorry fer Americans includin their soldiers because we; peace lovin human have to cope with those bunch of bloodthirsty "leaders" who'll do everythin in their power to make our lives miserable. What did these guys do that makes you want to waste their lives so much? Oh, I forgot bout oil. Sorry, my bad. Oh, is it about the WTC incident? Don't tell me you believed what Bush told you bout the 'terrorist attack'. Even White House are havin a hard time with all the inaccuracies contained in the official report. I'm not gonna write my assumption of the incident because many websites like 911 Research are doin a better job. So is it bout Mr. Osama? The caveman guy? The guy with a worldwide terrorist network, with loads of money and armies so advanced we didn't see em goin head to head with coalition army. Don't forget he was sponsored by CIA to fight russian in Afghanistan-Russian war before. But we do know that it was somethin bout Saddam, the old-friend of Americans on Iran-Iraq war before. Oh, now it's about nuclear. Right. Nuclear. North Korea have nuclear weapon, we all know it but Mr. Bush is too scared to do anythin bout it. Not to mention that his current propaganda is to make Muslims miserable. North Koreans ain't Muslim so he won't be botherin them fer a while. But, but, Israel have nuclear weapons too! Oh waittttt, it's 'Anti-Semite' to talk bout them and they are U.S allies so they're out of the list fer sure.
Don't ask what the Americans will do bout their leader's bloodthirsty behavior. Ask what the Muslim leaders are doin. I bet it'll be another letters of condemnation or somethin. It'll be just that. Even if the Iranians are Shiite, what have they done to make you hate them so much? They're human too damnit! Oh heck you didn't even help the poor Iraqis although they're Sunnies. Or even the poor Afghanis. Don't even try to bring Palestinians into the picture. They're long abandoned by their 'muslim' neighbours. Some of the Muslim countries are even givin extra facilities fer the insane armies just to make their Muslim neighbours miserable. It's pathetic to think that they; the so called 'muslim' leaders knows the power of Allah and yet, they are slaves to luxuries and power.
One thing I want to clear up, I'm not with any sort of terrorism, racism or war. I hate war. It disgust me. Have we not learn from the past? How many more lives must be taken before our greed is satisfied? Fer those who'll say "hey you're Muslim bla bla bla", stop. Stop lookin at me from religion's perspective. Look at me as a human bein. Maybe, just maybe, you'll value my life a bit even if not as much as yours.
May God bless the souls of the people who died in terrible wars made by diabolical leaders. Put down your guns. Go home. This world is too big to keep by yourself. Later.

The main site also have tons of info on J-Pop culture be it music, anime, manga etc. I'm currently searchin fer this Japanese jazz song which I heard over an anime movie. A sweet jazzy tune but I'm still hopeless in findin the singer/name of the song. J-Fan Radio here stream not only music from albums, they also put anime songs in it so there's still hope fer it. They also put a donation request to help the free J-Fan Radio to grow. Tanosimimasyo! Later.
FreeURL gone wacko, again.
Currently my FreeURL's url redirectin service has gone wacko and it's askin fer username and password if I want to go to http://www.alsemo.isdangerous.com (my webby's short url). Now that sucks. I don't know what happened but it seem that all the other website that uses FreeURL service are havin the same problem. Even the FreeURL website are havin some sorta problem. So, it's better to keep this url in mind (like a deja vu, I know I wrote somethin like this before... Hmm...):
http://home.graffiti.net/Alsemo/
If you can't see any graphic on the intro page then you might missed out the endin "/". If you hate the intro page (awwww...) then be my guest and hit straight to:
http://home.graffiti.net/Alsemo/main.html
I'll probably find another short url but I really like FreeURL's because I've been usin that fer years now. Hope it's just a temporary problem they're havin. Later.

Meetin, volcanoes wakin up, luxurious Marukku, ADSL splitter damaged & songs.
Bosses always knew how to hit you with a good point that you can't figure out how to defend yourself from instantly. Oh yeah so there was a meetin today and I got flamed. Again. And it's always after the meetin that I managed to think of some great excuses that can save my lazy arse back then. Sheesh. Anyway some of the things I expect him to spill out, did came out from his mouth. Like my hair fer example. The disapprovin tone bout my hair has finally made it to the meetin. Ah well, I got nothin against tyin my hair. Can't blame him tho, I'm always a rebellious (I am rebellious only when I'm right, don't get me wrong.) type and my hair seems like the most valid point.
Did you heard/read/saw the news bout a bunch of volcano activities around Indonesia? As reported in Berita Harian (Bahasa Malaysian news, keep your English-Bahasa Malaysia dict handy), 11 volcanoes around Indonesia is currently bein monitored because of the volcanic activities. Should we worry bout it? I mean, we're Malaysian and we don't have active volcanoes standin on our ground. Now that's where you're wrong. We should be worry. If fact, prepare to be slightly panicked. Remember 1883 - Krakatoa explosion? I don't remember anythin bout it because I was not born yet but you can read the link. It's still listed as one of the worst disaster. Now tell me why we should not be worried bout this. I mean. 11 volcanoes dude! Even the long retired Krakatoa volcano has a child (called Anak Krakatau = Child of Krakatoa)!. If you read the link bout the all-time famous Krakatoa Volcano, you can see the Krakatoa island before and after the great explosion. Now tell me we should not be worried bout this (I'm repeatin meself, I know..). If you managed to get the hard copy of Berita Harian, you can see the placement of those 11 most active volcanoes. They're basically surroundin the whole southern part of Malaysia. Volcanic eruption = bad. More on this later. This is scary and terrifyingly interestin at the same time.
I was havin a mid-evenin ride with my bike this evenin, searchin fer a pack of Marukku (an Indian style of munchies, like twisties but made from traditional indian ingredients, don't ask me what in it.) without any luck. Heck it's always like that. Everytime you really want somethin, you'll surely have a hard time findin it. So I got home and I went to the nearest supermarket to buy it. RM3.20 fer 350grams of marukku which I know they sell the same amount fer only RM1 or RM1.50 at the bus terminal. It's not even a festive day fer all I care! Ah well, at least the taste is still great. Yum!
My sister accidently stepped on the phone line a my adsl splitter was damaged. So now we have to swap usage. But I got the veto vote because it doesn't mean anythin if I can't use my "always on" broadband connection. Moral of the story, never let yourself got tripped on the phone line because you might lose the phone line's benefit if your brother pay fer Streamyx/any other broadband service. :D.
Songs fer today is:
Chantal Kravianuk (whatever her name is) - Armageddon OST - Leavin On A Jet Plane.
Stone Temple Pilots - Purple - Interstate Love Song.
Stone Temple Pilots - Purple - Still Remains.
*sigh*... Later.

A date with Momoe
The net buddies meet up went on just fine. So is my 1st date with Momoe. Who? She's the japanese girl I said who would come to Malaysia. And she came. She's still here and her flight back to Japan is on this wednesday. I didn't and won't get any more days off tho so I can't be with her on (last) Monday onward.
Yeah I was pretty much nervous. To meet the one you've been emailin fer quite a long time (more than a year) and finally you're meetin her/him in person. She was plannin to come to Singapore to catch the gigs Fractured played but unfortunately she can't get any ticket from Japan to Singapore. I've also blew her plannin fer last August 2004 so her would be trip to Malaysia back then was also screwed. Also screwed up another of her plan a few month after that too. My bad. So, to avoid meself from turnin another one of her trip to another repeated disaster, I gave the green light as soon as she mentioned somethin bout comin to Malaysia on 09/04/2005 (last Saturday) although the Singapore gigs has made a major hole in my pocket.
We're supposed to meet at the lobby of her hotel but I was late fer a few mins. Ack. Bein late fer a 1st date is a no no but KL is a very strange place fer driver comin from other state like me. To make it short, I was lost. Not lost while drivin, I was lost while walkin to her hotel. Yeah, it was that bad. I was already a few hours late fer the net buddies meet up because I have to do some servicin fer my car. But I managed to keep the delay to a minimum so *I guess* Momoe is not that angry with me :D.
So we meet at about 8:00PM somethin because she went back to her room to call me up. How was it? It's kinda awkward. Because I dunno if I should bow, or shake hands; that sorta stuff. Not to mention that it's the 1st real date. Lucky me my sister let me use her mobile fer 2 days so I was not completely out of reach. In fact I borrow my sister's mobile just fer that special occasion ;). So we met, I was about to make a Japanese style bow when she offered her hand. I was saved from the unfortunate humiliation :D. 1st phase was completed successfully.
I'm lucky too because now that I have my own car, I'm not tied to KL public transport's timetable. That's currently the only good point in havin my own transport as I was left with another problem. I don't know anythin bout drivin in KL. So somehow I sucks. We went to KLCC, had some Malaysian dishes, went to a late night TehTarik session (thanks Isman fer showin us your fav TT spot & a place fer me to stay that night), went to Teluk Kemang and Blue Lagoon in Port Dickson on Sunday (I was late, *sigh*, again).
Fun time really flies and before we know it, Sunday is wavin its hand to say goodbye. I hope she enjoyed her 1st trip to Malaysia although I'm a lousy tourist guide, broke, non-punctual & I didn't get more days off. Somehow I'm not satisfied because she could go to more nice places and enjoy many more things that Malaysia has to offer. And honestly I'm sad because she got nobody to go out with on Monday till this Wednesday, the day she'll go back to Japan. I don't know if I will be there to see her board her flight on Wednesday. Not to mention she can't call me up because my sister has taken her mobile back. I even fergot to ask her room number. *sigh*. I'm hopeless and it breaks my heart.

Net buddies meet up, Streamyx ain't fast right now & Singapore's gigs picture.
I'm goin to KL tomorrow fer a small gatherin with a few of my long time net buddies. Tomorrow too will be my 1st time drivin on the crazy roads of KL. Oh yeah I did mention drivin. My last car loan application was accepted so I've add another commitment in life. No more drenched in rain! No more hot sun! I can hear songs while on the road! Oh, oil price has been raised again... Drats. Back to the gatherin, I'll probably be in KLCC and/or anywhere there's chicks can be seen roamin the area. If you're my net buddy, do come. To my long lost net buddies, really misses you guys so come and join us too! Got a date too tomorrow, after the gatherin with an oversea friend. After a few plans that went kaput, Momoe will finally come to Malaysia tomorrow. Another event I've been waitin fer.
The net has been slow this past few days. Even at my office which uses 1Mb Streamyx connection. Now what the heck are the guys at TMNet are doin right now? I don't have any idea but I do hope this slowness will be a brief encounter. I have a "The document contains no data" problem with blogger just now. I don't know if you guys are experiencin the same problem as I have. So, rather than editin my previous post, I was left with the option of copyin the entire post, deletin it and do a repostin of the edited version of the blog. Sheesh.
Thanks to Venibbeth (Fleurs Du Mal's guitarist), I now have Fractured band picture when we was in Singapore. Expect the picture to be uploaded into my homepage soon. More pictures will be comin soon as Faiz is processin his films. I'm startin to miss the video we took. That too, will be soon. Later.
p/s: I tried postin this blog but still got this annoyin "The document contains no data" bs. Drats..

The Singapore's experiences.
I promised to tell somethin bout my Singapore gigs's experience so here I am. Sorry fer the delay because there's currently many things that came in the way. Anyway, on with my story.
It was quite a surprise, my experience in Singapore I mean. I always thought that the people there is not much of a friendly bunch. I mean, who knows what other people in other countries are like anyway. We (Fractured) are foreigners anyway and Singapore is not our turf so it's nobody's fault if we're ignored and such. But it didn't happen that way. All the people that got anythin to do with us and the gigs is friendly.
We left Seremban around 10:30AM on Friday and went straight to Johor Bahru. We made a few plans like goin straight to Singapore / takin a train ride but in the end, goin to JB 1st seems like a good idea. We can have a rest beforehand and chill out in JB or somethin. We, all the 5 of us (Me, Fahmi, Dayne, Hangah and Faiz the camera dude) rented a RM30 room fit fer 3 person max and ho boy it was quite chaotic. The aircond was broken and it's like sleepin in a hot stove there. So I slept on the floor. It was in JB that I knew the name of the gigs. It was "Infestation of Evil Fest 2005". Cool huh? :). Fractured was listed on top of other bands like we're headlinin the gigs and we was nervous like mad. Who ain't anyway. The part in the flyers that I like the most is that they'll make an official DVD/Vcd out of the entire show. Yay!. Expect that vid to be in my private collection when it's available.
We crossed the Johor - Singapore border around 10:00AM on Saturday mornin. We went to this guy; Fadzil's shop beforehand and fill up our white cards (the card fer us to go to Singapore.. Don't ask me I dunno. It's the law). All of us except fer Fahmi got to Singapore's Immigration with no difficulties. Fahmi's Iron Cobra which he brought in it's box case caught much unwanted attention to the Immigration officers. So he had to open his bag, the Iron Cobra's box etc etc you know the drills. Fer a 1st experience, it sucks to be searched like that but heck, it's forgiven. Fahmi got the same encounter on our way back to Malaysia by our own Malaysian Immigration officer. Heck I pity him.
It was a brief trip, crossin the border. The scenery is not totally different from ours except fer cool cars. Oh the city is clean too. It's more bout money over there. Here you can have a decent meal with take as many as you want servet/tissue. Over there in Singapore, I have to buy the tissue. Somebody said "ciggy"? Ho boy cigarette over there is expensive. Very expensive. A pack of Marlboro will cost you around SD11.++. Yeah I'm talkin bout Singapore Dollar. So we bought a pack of our fav flavor right from JB. A person can't cross with more than 1 pack of ciggy tho. After we arrive at Keranji, we waited fer Fadzil and his gang because he's the one who knows bout the place the gigs will be.
We got to Planet Paradigm (where our gigs was held) around 11 o'clock or somethin. Man that place is big. There was a stage and the mosh pit is big. We got a chance to do a soundcheck so after a few brief thoughts, we went fer At The Gates - Blinded By Fear cover. It was my 1st time usin Boss Mega Distortion with my bass guitar fer a gigs and it was way great! The soundcheck went well so we went out (the gigs start at 3PM) to find ourselves somethin to munch. Mc Donalds got the highest vote so we went to the nearest McD which is bout 10 mins walk. It was my 1st time eatin Big Mac because I'm allergic to meat (except fer chicken). Fergot to tell Faiz bout that and he already ordered the Biggies. Except fer a brief nausea, the Big Mac didn't kill me. Phew I was lucky because in my last experience, I went blank and fainted. I was fine durin our show too. Would I eat Big Mac again? No and they invented Mc Chicken fer guys like me. Duh.
We got to be the 6th act that day and my wish came true. Like I've said, performin too early and there'll be not much of a crowd and perform too late the crowds are tired. But is there any crowd? Includin all the bands performin, we got 100+ people in it. Not much of a crowd but considerin that there was a big gigs a week before and a week after ours, it's pretty much predicted. Did it burn our anxiety? Hell no! We; Fractured really enjoyed our show. All of us axemen, even includin Hangah headbang throughout our performance. I even did a request fer the crowd to headbang on the middle of Dimension Zero - Immaculate cover but nobody responded. LoL. Ah well, at least we know that we really enjoyed playin the whole 6 songs. What did we perform?
1) The Bodybag (Inside The Bodybag in the demo)
2) War Of The Lords (War Of The Gods in the demo)
3) Once Stabbed
4) The Haunted - Tresspass cover
5) Dimension Zero - Immaculate cover
6) At The Gates - Blinded By Fear cover
I guess people do enjoy the show but they just don't headbang. Not only on our turn, but basically on all of the bands's performance. Well, as long as people do enjoy themselves, it's AOK fer me. Fleurs Du Mal didn't perform because their drummer had a bad accident with broken leg(s). We're sorry to hear the news. Anyway two of FDM's army did came to the gigs so it's cool. Maybe someday soon we'll get the chance to perform together. Oh they're friendly bunch too.
After the show, we was taken to the place we will be livin fer that night. It was at Coxscrew Studio. It's a damn nice place. The crews is friendly and they even took the burden to bring our equipments with em so that we; Fractured are freed from carryin those heavy stuff with us. It was a 20mins walk from Planet Paradigm. As we arrived, the 1st thing I did was take a peek at the recorded vid from Fahmi's camcorder. The extra nice guys at studio even cook fer us that night! I viewed the vid a few times until I got very sleepy.
The next mornin, one of CS Studio's crew took us fer breakfast and he paid fer all of it. Man can anybody be friendlier than that? We had a short tour around and we went to a shoppin complex to kill some time. There's many guitar shop and the goodies are cheap! You can get a cool lookin B.C Rich Warlock fer bout RM800! No luck on findin my all time fav Ibanez EDA 4 Strings tho but I'm sure it's on sale somewhere. Why is it so hard to find good stuph fer bassist everywhere? Drats. Our Seremban bus was scheduled to leave at 5:30PM so we pretty much got many free time doin some window shoppin.
We left Larkin, JB at 5:30 knowin that we've made good friends over there at Singapore. Someday we'll meet again my friends! We're scheduled to arrive at Seremban somewhere around 9:30 but there was a major traffic jam at Lipis/Pedas so the bus went out from the highway to use the country road. It was a bad idea because there was a flood and to make it worst, the bus's baggage compartment opened out of some freak failure and a car accidently hit it. Some repairin session, driver to driver discussion and police report afterward, we finally arrive at Seremban around 12. What an experience. But overall, it was a great memories. Unforgettable. We really had fun all the way till the end. I didn't get any goth chicks tho so it sucks somewhere haha.
Countless respect goes to Coxscrew Studio crews fer providin us with a comfortable place to stay after the show. Thanks fer the homemade foods too!. To Fadzil's crew too and his band Terkutuk which sadly didn't get the chance to perform at the gigs. Kudos to the bands who gigged with us that evenin. To the crowds. You were all great people. I personally hope that Fractured will have the chance to perform with/infront of you guys again. \m/
Arieses rejoice! This month is ours! Yeah well so my birthday is just around the corner. I'll be 27 very soon. Heck I'm that old already. Sheesh. It seems like yesterday that I went to school. So many memories. I'm thinkin bout my mom. Miss her very much. Nobody special to celebrate my birthday with. Heck it's no surprise. Would be glad if this year is different. Heh. Anyway, be prepared to sing the all time favorite "Happy birthday to you" song aye! Later.

Later.

My grandmother died. Al-Fatihah.
My cousin called just now sayin that my only grandmother I had left has passed away peacefully today. I'm goin to the hospital now. Can't contact my big sis tho. Dunno where she is right now. Later.
I'm back and feelin good! (tired too..)
I just got home. My bus departed at 5:30PM from Larkin, Johor Bahru and many things just happened on the way. Ho boy I got lotsa things to write bout my 1st experience in Singapore. But, I'm too tired to start it, not to mention I'm very hungry right now. So I thought I better save the good stuff fer tomorrow. A teaser though. It was great! So, later then.

My grandmother is in hospital & packin my bags.
I just came back from hospital. Went to visit my grandmother (my father's side) who had a breathin difficulties. She is 84 years old. When I saw here just now, she's ok and she talks to me and my cousins. Because of there's only a few of male grandchildrens she ever had, I'm sort of special to her. She even remembers my last ex-gf (she thinks I'm still havin a relationship with her, I don't want to tell her bout the breakup) and she'll be in the hospital fer a couple more days. I hope everythin will be ok. To tell you the truth, I'm in a state of division right now. To go to Singapore or not. But I have to go. Like I've said, I hope everythin will be fine.
I'm packin my bag right after this blog. So, no more bloggin until this Sunday. Fahmi will come to my house at 8:00 o'lock next mornin and our ticket is fer 10:30's bus trip. I wish I won't accidently left anythin important behind tho. eg: like my bass guitar (LoL). Got no more to say fer now. So, you guys will read bout me later this Sunday. Wish us a safe journey and good luck on our trip/show. Later!

Upcomin Singapore's trip and gigs.
No luck bout the "1 month balance in passport" thingy. I HAVE to renew my damn passport. So I did. I went to the Immigration Office today and that's the last time I cought a glimpse of my 300 bucks. Drats. Anyway I can pickup my new passport tomorrow. You should see my recent photo fer my new passport. Such a long hair (haha!).
Me and my band also bought our bus ticket fer this Friday's trip. It'll probably cost more than RM40 (my friend Faiz, who's the cameraman/manager fer the band used his money upfront.) and what else is new? This will probably be the fastest way to get broke. It's even harder to think that Singapore have 2 times higher currency value than ours. Instant noodle will be my daily diet over there fer sure. Now you know the hardship we; musician have to face just fer the sake of enjoyin ourselves. It's even harder when you're playin that sort of music that was never meant to be radio-friendly. Plus chicks don't dig it. Ah well, I'll be enjoyin meself fer sure. Somehow I hope we will get paid fer performin at this gigs. Not hopin to get rich tho, just enough to cover our bus tickets and food is AOK. No high hopes here.
I was thinkin bout gettin a simple "inai" tattoo fer my left arm but because time is runnin out, I guess I can just ferget bout it. I will be leavin on Friday mornin, probably at 10 in the mornin or somethin. Didn't remember the exact time our bus will be leavin fer Johore Bahru. So I'm officially out of the net until this Sunday. Do wish us a safe journey guys.
I heard that Fleur Du Mal (whatever the band's name is) will be playin at the gigs too so this *will* be interestin. I don't know what other bands in this upcomin gigs. But from bits of info, this gigs is a fully Metal scene gigs. Not a "rojak" (mixed genre) gigs like our last performance. Not that "rojak" gigs is bad but the reception is better in a fully Metal gigs. I'm secretly hopin that my band will perform at the peak time, when the crowd is packed and energies can be felt everywhere. Somethin like in the middle of the gigs. Performin too soon and many crowd will missed the performance (comin a bit late to the gigs) and performin too late will be quite borin because the crowd is gettin tired, neck achin etc etc (Hey headbangin is tirin you know!). Anyway we will record our whole show so expect me to seed the video(s) a few days/weeks after the gigs. Woohoo!
Speakin bout video, Fahmi's camcorder is currently broke. Sheesh. But lucky him he managed to borrow another camcorder from a friend. Eh, did I tell you bout Fractured - Inside The Bodybag's unofficial video clip edited by Udin? Whoa he's freakin genius! I saw the clip 2 days ago and he got serious talent fer video editin. I won't seed the clip tho because:
a) The sound was taken from our demo album, which the songs was not performed by me. (History reloaded: I joined Fractured *after* they made their demo album).
b) There's some 18sx/sg scenes in it. Not a hardcore pr0n stuff excuse me but some shots taken from "Cannibal Ferox/Holocaust" (rated B) movie (I guess).
Anyway we will be makin an official video clips soon. It's in our schedule and I bet with the talent he got, Udin will make an awesome video out of it. Brace yourself fer that specific news. Later!.

Earthquake, memorisin lyrics.
Another 8.7 rector scale earthquake hit Indonesia as told in Yahoo!. Just 0.3 scale less than what triggered the worst tsunami, this recent earthquake is "one of the eight biggest in the world since 1900" leavin 1,000 or probably more, dead instantly. The shock can be sense here too in Malaysia as told my my friend in Putrajaya and my kid sister in Penang. This worries me. Hopefully no more tsunami are comin because we're livin in a tiny country. It's a troublesome feelin, to be livin in a place where is was safe from tornado, earthquake, volcano and other natural disaster before; and now slowly the world are changin to the worst. God knows what's best.
Today is a bit of a busy day fer me. I replied 1 email, replied 3 messages, wrote this blog, sendin mp3s and I'm currently memorisin the lyrics of all the songs Fractured will perform this 2nd April at Singapore. I feel like I'm takin a school exam with this kind of things. Haha. Sheesh, I fergot The Haunted's lyrics. Damn.
I still haven't renewed my passport yet. Haha. Yeah I know you all are bored with this particular issue. But wait!. My officemate told me that I have to at least have a month worth of balance in my passport to get into Singapore. So all hope is not lost. I *may* have the chance to save my preeeecciioousss (Gollum's style) RM300. Anyway, I will be goin to Immigration Office tomorrow and the truth will prevail. I hope the news I heard is true because it IS a waste of money to renew the darn passport when I have a few month's worth of balance in it.
I better start readin the lyrics again. Later.

Countdown to Singapore.
Me and Fractured went fer a jam session last night and my vocal cord can stand the torture fer just 40 mins. I guess my throat is not 100% ready yet. Man this worries me. We got less than a week before the Singapore gigs and I hope my throat will be 100% healthy before that. I think I have to stop drinkin ice thingy and go fer "air suam" (plain water) instead. Heck I want this 1st gigs outside Malaysia to be as perfect as it can. Last night will probably be our last jam session in preparation fer Singapore's gigs and I'm pretty sure we're totally ready to kick some arse.
I still haven't renewed my passport yet. Yeah bad bad me. But I'm waitin fer my paycheck to clear and it'll take bout 2 or 3 days. I will have the opportunity to renew my passport probably on 30th. Whoa. We'll be buyin our bus ticket on 31st and the trip will be on the next day. Time fly fast (I fergot how many time I wrote that..). Really fast. I was mumblin bout the gigs a few weeks ago and now it's just a few days until the real experience. Damn. I'm scared thinkin bout the reception there. Heck, just go with it and have fun. That's what matter the most.
I guess now is the right time to advertise my band's trip to Singapore's gigs everywhere my web presence can be noticed. Hehe. Self-boastin is my game :). Later.

Rainin != football match
Like a bad recurrin dream, a twisted deja vu; it's rainin here. Yeow. But I'm not changin to my football shorts this time around. No sirree. The cool feelin of the rainin atmosphere, plus the warm cozy feelin of my room is tellin me to ferget the darn football match today. Nuar is comin back today and we'll probably hang out fer some Neskepe or somethin. Or I can just join Bobby and Alon coz they've been seducin me to follow them fer a Port Dickson fishin trip. Or a much better plan, I can just lie down on my comforter and see if I'll get any good dream today. Later.
Another football match this evenin.
So I missed last week's football match. So what?! So they won. Big time. But because I was NOT there. *cough*. Anyway we got another football match today. I dunno what team we're up against but the only thing that matter is the weather. I hope it doesn't rain because last week, I'm the only player who didn't came. It seems that other places didn't rain. Probably I was voodoo-ed because my absence is crutial to make them win that match. Oh no I'm not drunk. I'm just preparin fer this evenin's match. Mentally :D. Later.
Fallin in love.. and just fallin
I always look at her when I'm there. Fer such a figure like that, who ain't anyway? Many are lookin too. Men and women alike. Can't blame em though, she's attractive. Very attractive. Sometime I wonder what if, if I had her. Sheesh it's unimaginable. Just thinkin bout possibilities scares me. She might be someone else's special thing. Yeah there are others like her but when I got my eyes fixed on her, and only her, then it's a different thing. It's insane, to be fallin in love and knowin that you just can have her. Just thinkin bout who'll finally get her is breakin me. But I can't hope forever, can I? And she won't wait forever, will she? As I walk outside the buildin where she's at, I saw her again. Still beautiful as always. Damn hot. And I saw someone is approachin her. I can't bear this any longer. The torment, the hopelessness. And at that specific moment, I said to meself:
"Someday that Ibanez EDA WILL be mine....". Later

And it finally rains, kids nowadays & passport..
After a quite lengthy dry weeks, it rains just now. Aahhh. What a relief. The smell of wet grass. The sound of frogs. The shiverin cool temperature. It've been foggy this past few days and I heard rumors that there have been a few major forest fires around. Hopefully the rain will have a regular visit because everybody here needs it.
My big sis went to the police station just now and made a report about bullies. Not just any bully case, this involves primary school kids. A few of this kids have been threatenin my nephew fer quite some time. They even get as far as badmouthin my big sis. They were tryin to throw stones at my big sis's car and that pushed her limit. So she went to make a police report. I wonder how did their parents raise them. Still in primary school and they've showed their bad potential. Now what am I to do here? Don't get me wrong, I AM angry. I'm just keepin it cool because they're kids. Hey I can go slap those kids to my heart content but in the end, I'll get labeled as "Child Abuser" and that is not a good image. Now what would YOU do? Oh no I'm not gonna sit still now that the kids have gone way past my patient's limit. If it's really out of control, his parents will get it from me.
Kids nowadays. Did you see the news a few days ago? The case when a boy ran amok and starts shootin at some school. He killed a few (even had a shootin spree around his neighborhood beforehand) and injured others. And the news before that bout a kid, a really young kid who shot his lil brother out of an arguement. He, as told by the news; took a gun from underneath his mom's pillow and shot his lil bro. Can't remember whether the poor boy is still alive or not. Now tell me this is not insane. Can't you see what lots of TV and accessibility of guns are takin our kids (ehem I'm still not married yet, nor I have my own children but heck who cares.) to? What are the role of parents nowadays? Help me here somebody. I really don't get this.
Take the case of my big sis fer an example. The bully's parents have this extra faith that their boy is an angel. Now this brat is smart. He's an angel, but only when he's with his parents. Out of the house, now that's a different story altogether. I'm not sayin that we can't trust our childrens (ehem like I have any..), but do take any friendly reports from your community more seriously. Don't just shut your ears when someone report that your kid has been doin some bad things. Ignorant is not a bliss. Will we wait fer another bloodshed before we can see that what we've done is wrong?. As we're told in Islam, it goes somethin like: "kids are like a pure white piece of cloth, it is we (the parents) who will color it".
Angah have a passport now. Drats. Now me and Udin are the only 2 person who haven't make/renew our passport. Don't blame me my budget are in a chaos state right now. I'll probably renew my darn passport next Monday, if I can convince my boss to sign the paycheck earlier than usual. Here I am countin days to bring some pride fer my country on Singapore's gigs and I have to pay money to get my passport renewed?! Come on! RM300?!! Ohhh mannnn. I have a few months left in my old passport so can't you just cut RM150 from the total? Sheesh.

Techno 'Rock-A-Fire' lyric.
This will be my 1st attempt on bloggin lyrics. And fer this special occasion, I'll choose a simple techno song "Rock-a-fire" which you can guess the earth-shatterin bass will sound like. Here goes:
Main Verse:
Rock-A-Fire!
* Repeat 7669382679 times or till the song ends. Whichever comes 1st.

Long and hot day
Ever wish the day could be longer and the fun never ends? Well you wish has come true. But. Yeah there's a but. It'll be a long hot day. Article written in Utusan Malaysia Online - Dalam Negeri (note that this is written in Bahasa Malaysia) tell just the same thing. Startin tomorrow, 21st March 2005; the sun will stay with us longer than 12 hours. Probably 14 hours. Now that's a long day. Not to mention that the sun will be right above us contributin to a hotter climate. This phenomenan will continue fer a few days. Visit here fer information of this so called equinox.
If the forecast is true, then we're talkin bout 40Celcius here man. Wow. It's time fer us to buy sunblock. I dunno how it'll be but I'm pretty sure it's way hot. Even this few weeks is a physical torture. Dry season, lack of rains. Lyin on the beach will be a bad idea. Unless cancer ain't your concern. I can imagine meself can barely keepin my eyes open ridin my bike. I don't quite like sunlight. Yeah it's a vampire thingy. No I won't get burn out tho. I'm a daywalker. Heh I'm startin to write nonsense here. Hey do you know that it's written in the newspaper (Malaysian) that our current hot weather is makin people moody? Bad mood. Yeah well it's true. You can ask Ferrari fans everywhere (ouch.. :P). Oh yeah blame it on the weather. Ok ok it's a bad joke. Sheesh chill out. Seriously, keep lotsa drinkin water handy fer this few days. Urrhh just thinkin bout this equinox make me thirsty. Ah well luckily our workin hour don't get extended. Later.

F1 fever again. Go Sauber-Petronas (Sorry Ferrari fans..)
It's F1 fever again! If you're an F1 fan, go visit http://www.malaysiangp.com.my fer it is a local-based website on everythin bout man and wheels. Cool site as currently I can see the F1 countdown timer showin me there'll be 2 hours and 45mins left until F1 starts. Way cool. The site also have information bout Moto GP, Japan GT, Merdeka Endurance and many more which is great. It also have information on how to get to Sepang F1 Circuit, info on Malaysia, races merchandise and lots more. The site is geared towards Sepang F1 Circuit and its activities.
Speakin bout F1, I wonder how it'll go with the dry season here in Malaysia. Hot fer sure. Very hot. I guess we'll have many dramatic moments in the race today. Be it mechanical failures, engine failures etc. No I'm not bein sarcastic. It's just that it's very hot here. Well this will be a new challenge to the drivers. Can't let em win easy aye?
I'm waitin fer the next.. ehem.. Japan GT. Dunno if they air it on TV though. Till then. Tanosimimasyo!!

Fractured music video!
I got the Fractured last week's jam session video in my hard disk. There's about 5 songs in it. A moment ago, I've just finished doin some minor editin on the video and I've made a clip for Fractured Once Stabbed. So now I have my own music video. Amateur music video that is.
I was about to upload it to i-bands.net but because this vidz is a jam session's vidz which as you can imagine, the sound is not that good, I made the decision to not upload it. But fear not! I've made the clip available in eXeem so if you have eXeem, you can leech the vid Fractured_-_Once_Stabbed.wmv after 6:00PM Peninsular Malaysian time. Dunno how long I'll be seedin it tho so if you're interested in seein my band's jam session vidz, go ahead and leech it.
info: eXeem is based on torrent which is another p2p protocol fer sharin files over the net. p2p is Point To Point which eliminate the need fer special hostin/server to serve the files meanin that your pc is one of the server servin the files. Get eXeem which I'm currently usin. It's great fer a program still in beta. Here's the link:

If you have it and want to get my jam session vidz, search fer:

It rains... :/
I was just about to leave my house fer the football match when all of a sudden, it rains. It's still rainin outside. I have a feelin that if this rain doesn't stop before 5:00PM, the match will be postponed till next week or another week. Yeow. There's still a few more minutes left. I hope the rain will stop. The cloud is gettin darker now. Sheesh. I'm still wearin my football shorts. Just in case.
I have a feelin that we will win today. Big time. Hmm.

Another football match
Ole ole! I got another football match today at 5:00PM. We, Bumiputra Commerce Finance - Seremban Branch FC will be playin against Jabatan Pendidikan (Seremban). I'll go as defend again because my calves is kinda cramped right now from my previous workout. No more smokin when stretchin/warmin up now. Expect world class football extravagant this evenin as we try not to get beat up too much. I hope no one's wearin no 9 because that's my fav number.
Karl here, bringin you live sport actions, right in my blog. And that's a score! Later.

2nd week of workout & message to the bozo.
This is my 2nd week of workout. I've been reschedulin my workout.. err.. schedule and now I'm currently workin out just twice per week. I read that rest are also important fer muscle to grow so that made me change my schedule. Speakin bout workin out, my schedule was supposedly on Monday and Tuesday. But because of some unavoidable circumstances, I went to the gym last Tuesday, yesterday and later today. What? You said 2 times per week? Yes 2 times per week. Yesterday doesn't count because I didn't do any workout yesterday.
Somethin bout yesterday. Me and 2 of my gym buddy went there around 8 somethin. Yeah it's a bit late but one of my buddy got a problem with his car causin the delay. So we were there, and there were many people in it. You see, I got no problem socialisin. But there's a group bout 4 people, a regular. They're probably a few month senior than me. One of the guy, which got a few kilos more than me seems to have this attitude of a typical asshole. I didn't notice that, my buddy did. When we came in, this asshole will eye me and starts mumblin with his group. With a few laughter. Like I've said, I didn't notice anythin because I typically just mind my own dawgdamn business in there. See, when my buddy told me bout it afterward (we didn't do any workout because the place is quite packed, there are a few more people in it which me and my buddies know.) that started to piss me off. Why? Because my body type never bother anyone. So why can't people just respect others? I can take that kind of insult from real bodybuilder with bulky muscles. Yeah sure. But heck fer a "senior" with a few month of workout, they're practically losers. One of the bodybuilder which me and my buddy know, named Dino; used to be a skinny dude a few years back. And now he's like an idol to the beginner (except me because too muscular ain't my cup of tea). There's also Art, who's skinnier than me a year and a half ago. Now they don't simply judge people. But this group of bozos with kindergarden mentality just don't get it. Don't get me wrong. I'm not the only person pissed of with this bozo group. Even most of the guys in there did. But because of bein professional, all of em just take it easy.
Now what will I do? Take steroid so I can lift 200kg like mad? Nah. I'll just continue with my regular workout and as let the bozos be. I'm whinin here because it's my damn blog. Yeah I'm still pissed off but it's not fatal to any. If I can just focus on the workout and ferget bout the loonies, I'll probably beat em real good and if that time comes, I'm pretty sure they'll start to realise that they were supposed to work their body muscles, not just their foul mouth.

Metalterus.com.my, job hunt (again?) & Ibanez EDA
Fer you metalheads. You can read many metal infos about local and oversea metal scene at http://www.metalterus.com.my. The site is geared towards BM readers so keep your English - Bahasa Malaysia dictionary handy. I heard a news that the Singapore gigs we (Fractured) will be playin will be posted there on the site. The flyers has been printed but I didn't receive my copy yet so talk is talk fer now. The gigs info is still a secret even to meself and I'm kinda doubt the news I heard. Damnit. I need some sorta proof so it's easier fer me to tell/brag/bullshit about it to my friends. Sheesh. Yeah bein pissed-off is my 2nd name.
I'll probably go fer a job interview in KL tomorrow with my buddy. Don't tell my boss because I didn't. Anyway it may be another failed plannin unworthy of rementionin so no high hopes fer that.
I dreamt I was playin is a gigs with an Ibanez EDA bass. Tell ya the truth, it was wayyyyyyyyy sweet. So, I'll marry those who give that dream bass-o-mine fer my b-day. No doubt. Yep. Uh-huh. Yessirree. Hah!. Later.

The light of smoke... *cough*..
Quit smokin? Fer a while? Yeah right *puffin Marlboro Light*. Yeah ok I'm a bit inconsistent. It's funny because whether it's full flavour, menthol or light; it'll contain the same tar and nicotine amount. Ah well, at least the 'Light' can ease up the sore on my throat. Yeah sure. *cough cough*. It's better. Not the cough. It's the feelin. Hah!
Late jam & sore throat..
I opened this Blogger Editor at 10:00AM or so, and actually writin somethin (this blog) at about 6:00PM. Hah! What happened? I fell asleep. Me and Fractured had a jam session last night which started at 2:00AM. Imagine that. Plus all the teh tarik session after that, which a simple math can assume that I got back home really late. This guys have the habit of bookin the darn studio at the last hour, so that's why we always got late night jam session. Drats. It's very tirin.
Speakin of late night jammin last night, I nearly lost my voice. The cold left me leavin an itch on my throat. And coughin is makin it worst. This is bad. With the Singapore gigs is comin in a few weeks, I don't want anythin bad happen to my throat and/or voice. 1st time performin outside Malaysia and already losin my voice? Now that sucks. I'm now quittin smokin until my throat is healthy again. Sheesh just writin bout quittin smoke is hard enough. Later.

Lyrics.
FYI, I've just finished writin the 3rd lyric fer Fractured and there's still 1 song left to write the lyric fer. Now 'Once Stabbed' has lyrics. I was pretty lazy and brain dead so that explain why my lyrics writin skill is nothin to be proud of. I was unmotivated too so that adds up. But because we're most probably be playin in Singapore so I have to hurry up with the lyrics and memorise it. Still on anti-war stuff tho because I have more ideas on that issue.
Fer me, 'Once Stabbed' is the hardest Fractured song to perform. One of the reason is that I haven't memorise my own lyrics yet. Haha. Seriously, that song is pretty fast and the vocal is pretty much fast too. Because I'm the bassist AND vocal, I'm pretty much have to focus on both while performin that song. It's easier to jam with just singin nonsense (just like before I wrote the lyrics) and it's much much harder when I have to exactly speak (or rather.. ehem.. shout) the correct words. Plus the bass follows the guitars. Still, this is my fav song.
Now to write the last lyrics. Now where's my thinkin cap? Later.

Cold and shampoo.
Today is one of those days when the body didn't function at the optimum performance. I got a cold and it's quite a story how I got it. Tersedak == choke? I dunno. Then the back of the nose starts to feel sick. And soon the body starts to give up. Well I need a rest anyway.
I've been usin this "Hair Fall Control" shampoo fer nearly 2 weeks now (2 times per week). I always uses Rejoice "Dandruff Control" shampoo and I'm still a happy user. But because I haven't restock my fav shampoo yet, I was left with the only option of usin my sister's shampoo. I'll spare the product name. What's my verdict? When it says "Hairfall Control" it really is. And I guess the shampoo ain't happy with my long hair. I better get meself the trusty Rejoice again or else there'll be no hair to shampoo. Later.
